What do you need to change,
to heal,
to make wise decisions?
It’s already inside you. At work. Right now.
Sometimes you just need someone walking with you who trusts your quiet inner self and can help you access it.
That’s how you come to know and trust too that you’ve got a wired-in, deeply generative, healing force inside you. Someone else keeps showing their trust in it, again and again. Someone else helps you notice it within yourself—in a small moment here, in a big moment there—and shows you, “This is real! This is valuable!”
You need someone to fiercely believe in your core aliveness and how it’s already awake and speaking to you.
And in sessions with me, that’s what will happen. From the very first session.
No focus on your needing to be “fixed” or being ill (even if you see yourself that way). Just deep inner work that nurtures new, expansive experiences of yourself, real-time, in-session.
You might be wondering: Does this really apply to me? How does this help me?
Maybe you don’t believe you have this core aliveness within you, or you’ve been told you don’t. Maybe you feel so lost or overwhelmed or stuck, you don’t know how to recognize it.
Or maybe you’re thinking: I need help with my grief, my anxiety, my life falling apart. How does accessing my core aliveness help me? I’m just trying to survive.
This core aliveness is something we all have that helps us know what we need and helps us get unstuck. We’re just not taught to recognize or listen to it. And guess what? Your emotions ARE an experience of that aliveness. Everything you feel or don’t feel is a message of aliveness. You’ll find that it’s sending up green shoots all the time—in grief, fear, sadness, joy, anger, numbness—no matter how broken you feel.
True core aliveness includes all your feelings, and I’ll help you hold them all, know what they’re telling you, and learn to work with them.
Finding what feels alive in you—patiently yet persistently tending those green shoots—heals at the deepest levels of yourself.
It brings you back into alignment with yourself.
When you’re left alone with painful experiences, you learn to stop listening to yourself and trusting yourself. Emotions become overwhelming and scary.
With help holding your experiences, you are able to gradually open the channel you learned to block to keep yourself safe. You can discern and trust what’s within you. You have a built-in guide. And in that channel you have opened, more aliveness keeps arising. You’re like a river that keeps moving and flowing.
If something’s stirring inside you as you’re reading all this, see what’s it like to give those stirrings of aliveness some space: reach out to me.
I love helping you find what feels exactly right for you every step of the way. Even when it comes to starting therapy or not. Even if we chat on the phone to see how it feels between us or we have a session, and you decide it feels right OR it doesn’t, for whatever reason.
And when you reach out, anytime you reach out, you’ll always receive a warm and timely response directly from me. I maintain a small, focused private practice where you’ll always feel cared for and respected as an individual: as the vibrant, alive being that you are.
